Private Group Sessions
Yoga offers a range of benefits for both students and staff. Breathing techniques promote relaxation whilst the postures help to keep the body strong, fit and agile.
Great for developing self awareness, mental focus and concentration in preparation for exams; Yoga also provides an effective technique to combat against the stresses of teaching and exams for staff and pupils.
Gemma has completed a Childrens Yoga training, has Qualified Teacher Status and taught at Primary, Secondary and University levels. She holds a DBS (formerly CRB) certificate and has full public liabilty insurance.
Yoga classes are offered to the employees of many major companies now such as Apple, Nike and Google all of whom recognise the benefits it has to offer -

Gemma is always happy to lead Yoga sessions for community groups. You may like to try it as a one off workshop or book a series of classes.
Whatever you decide Gemma will tailor a class to fit the needs of your group. Recent examples include:
Pipers Pool Ladies - A relaxing yoga session and talk on Gemma's experience of India
Camelford YFC - A laughter Yoga session followed by a fun gentle Yoga class.
Bassil Manor - Regular weekly classes to increase fitness levels and promote relaxation.
